The 2025 event offers plenty for visitors to the fairgrounds to enjoy
While the skies may have been threatening over the weekend, the Oregon rains held off pretty well during the three days of this year’s Brewfest in Canby.
The three-day event offered attendees beverages, food, fun and plenty of music May 16-18 at the Clackamas County Event Center grounds in Canby. It wasn’t a sun-filled, warm kind of weekend, but the weather was cooperative, and folks flocked to the fairgrounds over the weekend.
“This is such a fun event,” said Sidney LaGrange, a Canby resident. “I kind of look at it like a welcoming of the summer season in the area. The food trucks are awesome, the beverages are diverse, and the vibe is really enjoyable.”

There was plenty to enjoy at this year’s Brewfest at the fairgrounds in Canby.
Over the three-day event, visitors from all over the valley journeyed to Canby to simply enjoy an afternoon or evening of relaxed enjoyment. Visitors were able to enjoy a wide array of beverages, as well as barbecue, pizza, and other foods, and an eclectic mix of music over the weekend.
“There’s a lot to enjoy here, but I like the music a lot,” said Lois Stanley. “We were just looking for a low-key time to listen to music and enjoy a couple of food carts. Canby’s event (Brewfest) kind of fit that bill for us. So here we are.”
From the traditional Cajun Music on Le Bon Bande on Friday to the classic tunes of Infamous Soul on Sunday afternoon, the Clackamas County Event Center offered a nice cap to the spring.
“We’ve come the last couple of years and really enjoy the vibe,” LaGrange noted.
